We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please read our policy below.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending any items back.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or used wellness/personal care products
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return Email us at jaeron.stembull88@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
